Accessibility statement
Shokupage aims to make its studio website and client work understandable, operable and robust across different ways of browsing.
Effective and last updated: 26 July 2026
Commitment
Shokupage is committed to providing a website that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice input or reduced-motion settings.
Target standard
The site is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and testing target, not a claim that every page has been independently certified or is free from all accessibility barriers.
Measures taken
- semantic headings, landmarks, navigation and form labels;
- keyboard-accessible menus, dialogs and interactive controls;
- visible keyboard focus indicators;
- alternative text for meaningful portfolio imagery;
- responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens;
- reduced-motion handling for major transitions;
- colour choices reviewed for readable contrast; and
- plain-language contact and legal information.
Known limitations
Highly editorial portfolio compositions and experimental restaurant concept interactions may be more visually complex than the core studio pages. Shokupage is continuing to review image descriptions, focus order, animation behaviour and contrast across these concept pages.
External services such as WhatsApp or a restaurant reservation platform are controlled by their providers and may have different accessibility support.
Compatibility
The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers, disabled JavaScript or unusual browser extensions may affect interactive features, although essential service and contact information should remain available.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access information or complete an action, email support@shokupage.com. Include the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable, and the format you need. Shokupage aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
Review cycle
This statement and the site are reviewed when significant features are introduced and at least annually. The last-updated date identifies the current statement.
