Cookie policy

The site is deliberately light on tracking. This page explains the current position and what will happen if that changes.

Effective and last updated: 26 July 2026

Current position

Shokupage does not currently set first-party analytics, advertising, personalisation or marketing cookies on shokupage.com. There is no advertising pixel, behavioural profiling or automated email-marketing tracker in the current site.

Because no non-essential first-party cookies are currently used, Shokupage does not display a consent banner. If non-essential cookies are added, the site will provide appropriate notice and consent controls before they are activated where required.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text records that a website or service stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software identifiers. They can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure use or enable advertising.

Technology currently used

Shokupage first-party cookiesNone intentionally set by the current website.
Security and deliveryThe hosting or security provider may use short-lived technical identifiers or process connection logs to deliver pages, balance traffic and prevent abuse. These are controlled by that provider and limited to operational purposes.
Enquiry formThe current prototype form does not submit or store data and does not set a form-tracking cookie.

External services and links

Clicking an email, WhatsApp, reservation platform or other external link takes you to a service with its own cookies and privacy practices. Shokupage does not control cookies set on another organisation's website.

Future payment services

No public checkout is currently active. If a secure hosted checkout is added, the payment provider may set cookies strictly necessary for fraud prevention, authentication, payment processing and checkout continuity. The checkout will identify the provider and link to its privacy information.

Shokupage will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent before enabling payment-related analytics or any non-essential measurement technology.

Your choices

Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking essential technology may prevent a future checkout or secure feature from working. Shokupage currently does not respond differently to Do Not Track because it does not conduct behavioural tracking; recognised privacy signals will be considered if relevant technology is introduced.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated if the site introduces analytics, personalisation, embedded media or payment technology. Questions can be sent to support@shokupage.com.
